This Earth Month, SCANA Energy is proud to continue the brand’s support of EarthShare Georgia with a $5,000 donation. Since 1992, EarthShare GA has been working to improve the environment in Georgia through a series of partnerships with sustainability groups throughout the state.

EarthShare GA supports over 60 non-profit organizations that focus on air, land, and water issues. Using funds from donations and corporate sustainers, EarthShare GA distributes donations to their non-profit partners each quarter. To date, EarthShare GA has raised more than $6 million to help support non-profits across the state. Through these donations, organizations have been able to work on cleaning the Savannah and Chattahoochee Rivers, teach children about sustainability and conservation, and give more land to the Georgia Wildlife Federation, among other pursuits.
